Psychological Therapy
At the kind space, we provide individual psychological therapy for adolescents and adults, offering a compassionate and client-centred approach. Therapy is tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances, with a focus on what will best support their wellbeing and personal growth.

We utilise a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. These approaches are effective in addressing mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, stress, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal difficulties. Therapy aims to enhance insight, build resilience, and support meaningful psychological change.

If you're ready to begin therapy, the kind space offers a welcoming and safe space where your wellbeing is our top priority. We offer both face-to-face and telehealth sessions.

Professional Supervision
At the kind space, professional supervision is offered to social workers who are seeking a supportive, reflective space to strengthen their clinical practice. Supervision provides an opportunity to debrief challenging presentations, explore ethical dilemmas, and reflect on professional boundaries. It supports the development of professional competency, encourages critical thinking, and fosters ongoing learning through discussion of evidence-based frameworks and therapeutic interventions.
Whether you're working toward mental health accreditation, meeting AASW CPD requirements, or looking to grow in confidence and skill, supervision at the kind space is tailored to your professional development goals.
