My aim is to provide a safe space where you feel heard and empowered, helping you navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change in your life. I work in a gentle, person-centred way to support your mental health and wellbeing. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and together, we’ll work towards goals that are meaningful for you.​

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a bit of a creative at heart. I love baking, cooking, doing my own nails, and dabbling in interior decorating. Some would also say I get way too excited about Excel spreadsheets and anything to do with organisation!
