EXISTING CLIENTS:

If you are an existing client and wish to book an appointment, you may use the online booking system. Please ensure the contact details match the details you provided in your initial intake form.

*Note: If you have booked an appointment using the online booking system without being recorded as an existing client, the appointment may be cancelled due to missing referral information or required documentation.
